Colonial Combat

What is Colonial Combat?

Colonial Combat is the new, exciting, retro-styled, 1-vs-1, 2D, Unity3D fighting game, loosely based off Robert Morris (the historical figure and the university). The gameplay is styled after Virtua Fighter, but 2D. After the current Head of Engineering at the university wanted our students to create a video game to showcase our software engineers' video game development skills, an early tech demo of the project was started by Joshua Palmer (co-developer of Ultra Air Hockey DX) and a few of his colleagues for Integrated Engineering Design class (a class where students use their Engineering skills to build a large research project) for Spring 2015, and being continued by EagleSoft Ltd (and a few colleagues) for Fall 2015! The game is a light-hearted, relatively non-violent fighting game with tongue-in-cheek satire about college life, and based (loosely) on real campus settings as levels, and metaphorical characters (such as a Tuition Bill, Final Exam, and more).
